sabaimedia.gg is published by SabaiMedia LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, United States, acting as data controller for information collected through the website and in connection with our talent management and campaign management activities. The SabaiCast service is operated by Creators Crew (EURL), 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France, acting as data controller for content distribution and revenue payout data. What we collect
Informations you give us: name, email address, profile (brand or creator), links to your channels or social accounts, message, and anything else you choose to include in the contact form or in your exchanges with us.
Collaboration data: if we work together, we also process the information required to perform the contract (professional contact details, legal and tax information about your business, bank details, invoicing data and content performance data).
Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed and time spent, collected for security and audience measurement purposes.
We do not collect sensitive data, and we do not use automated profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.

Who has access to it
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to the SabaiMedia team and shared only with the providers strictly necessary to operate the service: website hosting ([host]), email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), internal collaboration management, electronic signature, accounting and invoicing, payment institutions, and partner distribution platforms where required to deliver the service (in particular Spotify for SabaiCast). Each provider acts on our instructions and under a confidentiality commitment. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
SabaiMedia LLC is established in the United States and some of our providers are located outside the European Union. Where your data is transferred outside the EU, such transfers are governed by the safeguards required under the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or a recognised certification mechanism.
How long we keep it
Contact requests and unsuccessful applications: 3 years from the last exchange.
Contractual and invoicing data: for the duration of the relationship, then 10 years under accounting and tax obligations.
Audience measurement data: 13 months maximum.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to issue instructions regarding its handling after your death.
