Nature of our services
SabaiMedia is a talent management and influencer marketing agency. Our activity covers the exclusive representation of content creators, the design and management of influencer campaigns for brands, and — through SabaiCast — the distribution and monetization of content on partner platforms. This website is informational only: it does not allow online sales, payments or direct subscriptions.
Use of the website
You agree to use the website fairly and lawfully. The following are prohibited in particular: any attempt at unauthorised access, any interference with the integrity or availability of the website, large-scale automated extraction of content, and any reuse of the website for prospecting or database-building purposes.
Enquiries and applications
The website forms allow you to send us a commercial enquiry or an application for representation. Submitting a form constitutes neither an offer nor a contractual commitment on either side. We aim to reply within 24 business hours, without this being an obligation of result. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate.
Quotes, fees and absence of listed prices
No prices are displayed on the website: every campaign and every representation agreement is the subject of a tailored proposal. Only amounts set out in a signed quote, purchase order or contract are contractually binding. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are exclusive of tax, and applicable taxes are borne by the client.
Intellectual property
All elements of the website — texts, structure, visual identity, logos, photographs, videos, code — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of SabaiMedia or its partners. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party trademarks, logos and content displayed on the website belong to their respective owners and are shown as references of past collaborations, with their consent where required.
Relationship with signed agreements
These terms do not replace the agreements entered into with SabaiMedia — representation framework agreement, campaign purchase order, platform management agreement or any other signed contract. In the event of any conflict, the signed agreement prevails over these terms.
Third-party content and links
The website may embed third-party content (video players, social networks) and link to external websites. SabaiMedia has no control over such content and accepts no liability for its availability, accuracy or personal data practices.
Availability and accuracy
The website is accessible around the clock, subject to maintenance, updates or technical incidents, which may interrupt access without notice. Published information — in particular statistics, campaign examples and references — is provided for information purposes and reflects past results, which are not indicative of future performance.
Liability
SabaiMedia shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, including loss of data, loss of business or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA). Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of that State, without prejudice to any more protective mandatory provisions available to a user acting as a consumer in their country of residence. The parties will always seek an amicable resolution before any legal action.
